Gourmet Dinners
 In April '07, Tony started his bi-monthly Gourmet Dinners to show off the very best of regional, seasonal dishes through a five course, varied dinner menu. The April evening attracted a full restaurant with many reservations booked that evening for the 21 June event.
There is no doubt that Tony Binks has made an impact on dining out in the Tyne Valley.
Guests come from Southern Scotland, Newcastle, Derwentside and North Yorkshire to enjoy his simply cooked, beautifully presented and delicious dishes - every course is a delight.
